Once a model has been chosen, any requests such as garage enlargement, fireplace additions, room dimensions or window revisions, can be included with the agreement.  The design department will include the requested changes on a set of “preliminary plans” which will be reviewed in detail including electrical, kitchen layouts, etc. with you by your sales representative.  Once the plans are finalized, engineered and permit approved your home will be on it’s way to completion.  At this point you will have an appointment to choose the interior finishes.
