Custom Changes

We must order many items well in advance of installation. Once the plans have been signed off and items have been ordered, further changes to the home have a huge ripple effect on the process and cause significant delays and significant cost. By working within the change order cut off boundaries, these significant costs and delays can usually be avoided.

Cutoff Points for Changes

We only have 1 cut off though for cutoff points for changes.  This is at signed plans.  After this point all of the product is ordered and is set up for a smooth delivery for your home.  Every change that is approved (no structural changes will be approved) will have attached a $500.00 fee on top of the original cost.

Important Note:

Once the approved for construction plans have been signed, NO FURTHER CHANGES ARE ALLOWED.
